POLICIES ACCEPTANCE OF POLICIES By booking an appointment with,The Aesthetic Lounge LLC, you accept and agree to bound by our “Service and Cancellation Policy” as listed below. You thereby authorize The Aesthetic Lounge LLC to collect a $50 non-refundable deposit required to book a service SERVICE AND CANCELLATION POLICY Our clients time and satisfaction is very important to us. Some services require more time than others, so please ONLY select the services you are interested in getting at that visit. Deposits: A $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to book a service. Once deposit is received, your appointment will be confirmed via SMS. Deposit goes towards your service balance. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Should you need to cancel or reschedule for ANY reason, a 24 hour notice is required. Please understand that last minute cancellations are difficult to fill. We always aim to respect your time, so we kindly ask for the same in return. Cancellations: We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances requiring appointment changes. Please understand that when booked, your appointment time is exclusively yours. Therefore, deposit will be forfeited for all cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours of your appointment time. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Any missed appointments or “no-shows” will be subjected to $50 charge. Clients who miss appointments or “no-show” will be required to leave a 50% deposit to schedule a new appointment. Late arrivals: We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances in life and therefore allow for a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Please note that if you will be more than 10 minutes late, notify us as soon as possible. You may have to reschedule your appointment if services cannot be completed in your scheduled time frame. If we do not hear from you after being 10 minutes late, that will be considered a “no-show” and subjected to 50% deposit next time you book. Right to Refuse Service: Safety for all, is our TOP priority. Therefore, The Aesthetic Lounge LLC, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who we feel poses a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to:illness, contagious disease, fever or rude behaviors. Thank you for understanding. No Refunds: All services and products are non-refundable.
